Honesty is the best policy. If your coach has asked you to do something and you haven’t implemented it, then let your coach know.

It could be something that you feel is very small, but may hold you back.

An example of this is that I asked a client to eat 3 meals a day. For 3 months this clients weight stayed the same because she was only eating 2 meals a day.

The more times you eat a day the quicker your metabolism becomes, but my client never knew this and withheld that she was eating only two meals a day.

As a result of this her metabolism was too slow.

As soon as she went up to three meals a day her weight started to go down.

So be honest about your efforts and actions outside of your coaching sessions. Share if you’ve had a setback or if you’ve struggled to stick to your plan.

Your coach is not there to judge you but to support you through the ups and downs of your journey. By being honest, you can work together to find solutions and avoid repeating the same mistakes.
