You may find that there are some stubborn areas of your body where your not able to lose weight. It may be that your sleeping patterns or hormone balance is causing you store fats in these areas.
Fat storage in specific areas of your body can often be linked to hormone imbalances and even calorie counting can not remove fat from those areas.

I will measure body fat on 12 areas of your body and link those sites of fat storage to possible hormone imbalances.
Once these hormone imbalances have been identified a paleo/ketogenic nutrition program is used to regulate hormones, restore gut health and improve weight and health.
Using this system allows me to take an individual approach to weight loss with all my clients and not a one size fits all.
Is a high protein diet the best approach for you?
We are all individual. Our blood type, lung capacity, muscle type, brain size & bone structure are all different. This is why some diets work well for some people and not others.
You may function better on a high protein diet, while another person will work better on a high fat diet. What type of diet is ideal for you?
I will test your thermal signature with a series of tests that will determine the optimum amount of protein, carbohydrates, fats and nutrients for you.
I will test the following in our first consultation with:

- Analysis of your diet.
- Analyze emotional/mental stresses, sleep patterns, and your hormones.
- Analysis of your digestion
What happens after our consultation?
Once your thermal signature is discovered I will then develop your diet and work with you to optimize your health in fortnightly coaching sessions.
Each coaching session will contain:
- Review your digestive system
- Review of diet and sleep patterns
- Track your overall progress and amend diet if necessary
- I will give you the resources you need to succeed.
- I will give you techniques to help you improve your stress control.
- I will review your progress and help you do even better.
