Successful weight loss and gut health
Losing weight is one of the most hardest things to do in life. Today we have found that it is more than just calories in vs calories out.
We have to look at your hormone balance, because hormones can actually determine where you store your body fat and affect the rate of metabolism.
We have to also look at food quality. By food quality I mean is the food organic? The difference in fat profiles of meat is huge depending on whether it is non organic or organic.
The health of the animal is day and night between non-organic or organic meat. All the bad hormones from non organic meat goes straight into your body and affects your health.
Another thing to consider is your gut health, which is today’s topic. A lot of the foods that we eat today which are processed can deteriorate are gut health.
When are gut health is compromised it can take up to 3 days to digest a meal that should only take a few hours.
