This app is exclusively for my online personal trainer course. Once you register for the app you will gain access to workouts, you will be able to track your measurements and it even lets you communicate directly with your trainer.

Yes, absolutely! We can switch from gym-based workouts to exercises that you can do in your hotel room. The online personal trainer course we work on is flexible to your needs and location. Even in different time zones we should be able to find a time for a weekly check in 😊

No, you don’t. That doesn’t mean that online personal training won’t work for you if you don’t. The routines can be designed based on what suits you. If you want to train outside, or you want an interval program designed for your runs, I can make this happen for you.

Yes, I will work out how many calories you need to eat daily. I will give you a weekly shopping list, the amount of ingredients you need to cook each meal, step by step instructions of how to cook each meal.

If you lack the time to cook the meals we can explore the option of meal delivery service, where healthy ingredients are weighed out and delivered to you, and all you need to do is to cook the meals.

I would advise that you do at least 3 times a week for best results. 

There are two ways you can manage your nutrition. You can subscribe to a meal delivery service, or you can follow the diet plan I send you. If you use a meal delivery service, my app syncs with My Fitness Pal, so you can enter all the foods you eat, see how many calories you are eating, you can scan bar codes or enter foods manually.

If you follow my diet plan the daily calorie intake is set to ensure that you are losing weight every week, and in our check in sessions we can talk about you are finding the diet plan.

24/7. You can drop me an email and you will get a response within 48 hours. You can drop me a message through the app as well, send me a WhatsApp message or even call if you are UK based. My priority is giving you the support and tools you need to become the healthiest and fittest version of you.

Before starting the program, we will have a consultation to go into detail about your goals. I will try to understand your current lifestyle habits, work/life balance, time restraints, social and family commitments, location of training (gym, at home, etc) as well as exercise experience.

Once all of the above is understood I will create a training program and set realistic goals for and targets. The weekly check ins will allow me to see how easy or difficult the program is for you, as well as the tracking that I will monitor. This will allow me to make changes to your program to keep you progressing.  

That is up to you. If you only have 40 minutes to exercise then I will design a 40 minute exercise program. Online personal training is designed to fit around your lifestyle.

You will need to be serious about your health and determined to change your life and your health. However, if you bring the determination, I will provide you with all the tools and expertise you need to succeed.
