Helpful weight loss tips

Have you been trying to lose weight but have found out that it is not quite working for you? There could many reasons for that.
It could be that your hormones are out of whack, you could be eating the wrong foods for your body type, you could have food intolerance’s.
Is motivation a problem? Weight loss starts in the mind and if you don’t get that right and your not in it for the long haul then give up. Weight loss motivation is a problem for many people!
What about when you are in social situations? You may be entertaining guests at home or for work. What do you do then? Find out more here.
The list is endless. It can be difficult to cut through all the BS that is floating around. Also, there are so many diets and so many theories, for example:

  1. Should you calorie count?
  2. Should you go vegan?
  3. Should you do the Paleo diet?
  4. Should you try the Ketogenic diet?
  5. Should you do metabolic typing?


These are all good questions, and there are good reasons for all types of diets. There are people getting great results with the vegan diet.
Calorie counting has been working for people for years, so although it cant be discounted there are occasions and circumstances where it doesn’t work.
For me, the last 3 diets (3, 4 & 5) are very solid diets. These diets will balance your hormones, and get you off processed foods, and grains.
They heal your body, increase your energy, health, improve your skin, sleep, and there are reports of these diets reversing the symptoms of cancer and diabetes.
The last 3 are getting amazing results for people, it may take longer in some people depending on how much your body needs to heal but the end result is worth it if you stick with it.
The key thing to remember is that we now know that weight loss is more than calories in vs calories out. I will talk about some of the other important factors involved in weigh loss.

  • Carbohydrates
  • Gut health
  • Balancing hormones
  • What type of exercise is best for weight loss
  • Macro-nutrient intake
