The shoulder is one of the most unstable joints in the human body so in addition to building big strong shoulders you must also think about injury prevention.
I give examples of why it is important to stabilize the shoulder joint and I also give you exercises you can use to improve shoulder size.
All the exercises in this podcast are appropriate for beginners to the more advanced. Some of the exercises can be done in the gym and others can be done in the comfort of your own home.
These exercises will help you achieve stronger, bigger and more defined shoulders that will help you to look more impressive in your suits.
There are many different muscles that make up the shoulder and they are all involved in the movement of the shoulder in some way.
Lifting large and heavy weights or doing exercises that involve your own body weight can place stress on the shoulders.
That is why it is important to do some type of exercise for the rotator cuffs in addition to your strengthening exercises.
The rotator cuff is made of 4 main muscles and are the deepest muscles of your shoulder joint.

How to improve shoulder muscles using Weights
Pushing exercises with Weights:
- Seated shoulder press
- Standing shoulder press
- Frontal raises
- Lateral raises
